*Contracts and all negotiations must be completed by October 31, 2010, in order to be eligible. Booked event must occur by December 31, 2012. Historic Area experience and credit are subject to availability at time of booking. Credit may be issued in the form of a Colonial Williamsburg gift card. The card can be used at any time between contract signing and actual meeting held, as long as it is within the 2010-2012 calendar years. The card cannot be used to satisfy any portion of owed cancellation damages or any portion of charges, such as outsourced audiovisual provider, etc., that are not owned by Colonial Williamsburg. The credit calculation is based on 10% of the total paid room revenue only, up to a maximum of $10,000. This offer is not valid for previously contracted meetings and is for new meetings only and cannot be combined with any other offer from Colonial Williamsburg hotels.
